Jennifer J. Martin holds an LL.M. in Tax Law from the University of Washington Law School graduating with a 3.93 GPA and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Mergers & Acquisitions and Tax Procedure & Controversies. Ms. Martin received her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School, cum laude.

Ms. Martin clerked for the Honorable Stacie F. Beckerman with the U.S. District Court and for the Oregon DOJ General Counsel, Tax & Finance Section. Ms. Martin previously served multi-national clients as a Tax Associate with Grant Thornton’s international tax practice specializing in Transfer Pricing.

Ms. Martin is licensed to practice law in Oregon and is a member of the Oregon Women Lawyers Association and Multnomah County Bar Association.
