Diane C. Kerns

Diane Kerns graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University, B.A., and from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College, J.D. She has been practicing law in Portland, Oregon for over 40 years, and specializes in estate planning; corporate, partnership and individual tax planning; and the formation of business entities.
With her considerable experience in tax planning, Mrs. Kerns frequently provides expert consultation and advice on a number of selected tax issues: business succession planning, business transactions, estate planning and domestic and international business planning.

Mrs. Kerns is admitted to practice law in Oregon and Washington. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar (Member, Sections on: Taxation; Estate Planning and Administration; Business Law); Multnomah County and Washington State Bar Associations; Estate Planning Council of Portland.
