
Diane Kerns is a graduate of Marquette University, B.A., magna cum laude and Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College, J.D. She has been practicing law in Portland, Oregon for over 25 years. She specializes in estate planning; corporate, partnership and individual tax planning; and formation of business entities. Mrs. Kerns has considerable experience and expertise in tax planning, and frequently provides consultation and advice on selected tax issues in a number of areas, including business succession planning, business transactions, estate planning and domestic and international business planning.
Mrs. Kerns is admitted to practice law in Oregon and Washington. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar (Member, Sections on: Taxation; Estate Planning and Administration; Business Law); Multnomah County and Washington State Bar Associations; Estate Planning Council of Portland; and Oregon Women Lawyers.
