Fees

Our clients’ satisfaction with regard to legal fees is a very important element of our practice. We are pleased to discuss our fee structure in detail in advance of beginning any work and will provide you with an estimated range for the contemplated services. Terms of the engagement can be established at the commencement of our representation. As is the case in most business law practices, fees are generally determined by hourly rates. Statements are sent monthly for fees and expenses incurred for the preceding period.
